| Scope and Result | ADuC2080 is a safety microcontroller die, including BootROM, developed as an ASIL D Safety Element out of Context (SEooC) for Automotive applications. It fulfils the applicable requirements for systematic capability of ASIL D according to ISO 26262. The calculated safety-related hardware metrics on IC level fulfil the target values of ASIL D for FSR01 & FSR02. For FSR03, safety-related hardware metrics of ASIL B on IC level are reached. In addition to the above listed standards, ISO 26262-4, -10 and -11 were used to support the evaluation. |
